Just an idea that popped in my head last night that I had to put down on (virtual) paper. I might come back to this and refine it some more. Inksketched in Manga Studio 4

If you haven’t been following me on Twitter or Facebook (by the way…new FB art page here!), you probably don’t know that I’ve been doing a daily(ish) sketch to warm up before getting to work on other projects. And, since apparently I haven’t updated here in about two months, now’s as good a time to [...]

This was the end result of playing around with Sketchbook Mobile on the iPod Touch, and then cleaned up in Sketchbook Pro 2010. I should really get around to reading The Goon at some point.

Time to blow the dust off this old place. Well, to say that things haven’t gone according to my plans this time last year would be an understatement. But that’s not necessarily a bad thing — well, it is if you’ve been reading Chibi Cheerleaders. Well unfortunately for the Chibi fans, things aren’t going to [...]

For those of you who checked out iFanboy’s “Sequentially Ever After” contest and discovered my little ol’ site here, welcome. Sadly, you’re kinda catching me with my pants down as I’ve been kinda neglecting things here (not to mention I’m currently on vacation ’til June 7th). Anyway, here’s a quick rundown of what you can [...]

I just wanted to give a quick hello and greetings to those of you who I met and chatted with at the Emerald City ComicCon this past weekend. It was a pleasure to meet so many people at a really fun convention — from big-name professionals to small-press and independent artists/writers. Feel free to check [...]

I just wanted to say thanks to two of my Ten Ton Studios buddies, Jason Baroody and Chris Chua, for their help this month on the Chibi pages. I’m working on a present for my daughter’s birthday, and needed a bit of help to make sure I still got the Chibi pages out on time. [...]

It’s about two months later than planned, but my review of Manga Studio 4 is now up at the MS4D blog. The basic gist of is is if you’ve enjoyed working with Manga Studio 3, or are considering purchasing Manga Studio for the first time, you’ll find MS4 to be more than adequate. Here’s the [...]
