This is the first sketch I’ve done in a while, mostly because I was having issues with my hand for the past few weeks, notably that it hurt to hold a pencil. So, while it’s not at 100% yet, it felt good enough to try a sketch for today.

The goal of this sketch was to see if I could give the Thing a bit more depth (as far as drawing his rocky skin) than I have done in the past. Now, whether or not I’ve succeeded is up to you dear viewers, but it’s a start.
